Chronon Cup is a prestigious TFT tournament series hosted by Team Liquid and presented by IMC Trading. Top players from four regional competitions battle it out in the Grand Finals. University students who excel in the regionals will also have the chance to compete in the University Finals, where additional prizes await the best of the best.
- Players who sign up for the Chronon Cup will first compete in a 2-day Regional tournament. The top 2 players from each Regional will advance to the Grand Finals.
- Chronon Cup Regionals are held in the following regions: Europe, North America, India, and Australia & New Zealand.
- In addition to the Grand Finals, players who register with their University email will have a chance to qualify for the University Finals.

- University Final: $1,000 USD

India Regional:
Day 1: 17 October starting at 6:30 PM (18:30)
Day 2: 18 October starting at 6:30 PM (18:30)
Day 1 Format
Thursday, Round 1 (Games 1 – 2)
- All registered players will be split into groups of 8.
- Players will be randomly seeded before the tournament begins.
- Each group will compete in 2 games.
- All players will move on to the next round.
Thursday, Round 2 (Games 3 – 4)
- Lobbies will be reseeded according to points earned in games 1-2.
- Each group will compete in 2 games.
- All players will move on to the next round.
Thursday, Round 3 (Games 5 – 6)
- Lobbies will be reseeded based on the point leaderboard.
- Each group will compete in 2 games.
- After this round, the top 50% of registered players will advance to Day 2.
- Points will be reset. Players advancing to Day 2 will receive bonus points based on their standings from Day 1, which will carry over to Day 2.
Day 2 Format
Friday, Round 4 (Games 7 – 8)
- Players who advanced from Day 1 will be split into groups of 8 according to any bonus points received on Day 1.
- Each group will compete in 2 games.
- All players will move on to the next round.
Friday, Round 5 (Games 9 – 10)
- Lobbies will be reseeded based on the point leaderboard.
- Players will compete in their new groups of 8.
- Each group will compete in 2 more games.
- After these games, the bottom-scoring half of players will be cut.
Friday, Round 6 (Games 11 – 12)
- Players who made it past the cut will be reseeded into another group of 8 using snake seeding.
- Each group will compete in 2 final games.
- Once these games are completed, the top 2 players based on points from all 12 games across Day 1 and Day 2 will advance to the Grand Final.
- The top two scorers who registered with their university email will be invited to the University Final. These individuals could also be among those who advanced to the Grand Final.
- The remaining players will be eliminated.
