Soul Esports was founded in 2018 by Naman Mathur, also known as Soul Mortal. The organization's current owners are S8ul Mortal, Thug, and Goldy Bhai. In 2020, Soul Esports merged with Team 8bit to form S8ul Esports, with the goal of shaping the Indian gaming industry by combining professional gameplay and engaging content for audiences.

S8ul Esports is one of the largest organizations in India and has consistently performed well in tournaments. Some of their notable achievements include placing 12th in the PUBG Mobile Club Open - Spring Split Global Finals and competing in the PUBG Mobile Club Open - Fall Split Global Finals.
